In John 3:3 Jesus said "I assure you unless a man be born again, he cannot enter the kingdom of God."

Becoming a child of God is the most awesome experience of all. Jesus came to this earth two thousand years ago to restore man back to God! Until Jesus came we were without hope and lost from God under the power of Satan, destined only for death. Fortunatly for mankind, "God so loved the world that he sent his only son Jesus that whosoever believe in Him, wouldn't perish but have eternal life!" (Jn 3:16)

Being born again is all about being restored truly back to life. We've all had a natural birth, at least I hope so, but Jesus came to spiritually rebirth us into a new life that holds an incredible future for us! And reunites us with our Father God!

Being born again is a supernatural experience, the word says, "with the heart, man believes unto righteousness" and so to become born again, it takes for us to believe that Jesus is the Son of God!

Jn 1:12 says "But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, to them gave He the power to become the children of God, who owe their birth not to the will of the flesh, nor to the will of man, but to God!
Salvation comes as we begin to believe and catch the revelation that yes, Jesus the Son of God came for me, died upon a cross, offering His life before the Father to carry away my sin, then rose again from the dead to prove that eternal life was there for me! As as we believe on Him we confess it, we speak it out, for the word goes on to say "...and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation."

Being born again is not merely a mental decision, but the operation of God's Spirit in our lives, we are literally born into God's Kingdom through the Holy Spirit, translated, taken out of the control of Satan's power, washed in Jesus' Blood, baptised in water into His Kingdom and then filled with the Holy Spirit.

Eph 2:1 puts it like this "and you He has made alive who were dead, slain but your own sins, in which you once walked... but God, in order to satisfy His great and intense love, even when we were dead made us alive in Christ... for now in Christ Jesus, you who once were so far away, through the blood of Jesus have been brought near... born anew that we should live the good life which he pre-arranged for us to live!"
